Daily Registration
The Wednesday Evening Conference Banquet IS NOT included in the price of a daily registration.

Registration payment, in US Dollars (USD) only, is due within 10 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes program material, (1) conference proceedings, welcome reception, banquet, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. A $50 fee will be charged for all substitutions. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 5 December. No refunds will be made after this date. PLEASE NOTE: The Conference Banquet IS NOT included in the price of a daily registration.

PowerMEMS School will be offered on Monday, 15 December from 09:00 – 17:00

Additional Banquet Tickets
Your Conference registration includes a ticket to the Natural Museum of Nuclear Science and History (unless daily registrant) and additional tickets are available for guests.

Registration Receipt
Once your payment has been processed, your registration receipt will be emailed as an attachment to the registration confirmation email. Payment processing may take up to five (5) business days.

New Registration Policies
  • A Photo I.D. must be presented onsite at registration check-in to pick up a name badge.
  • Each Participant agrees that they will not sell goods or services, display goods or services, make solicitations of any kind, or conduct any commercial activities if not an exhibiting company and this can only be done in contracted exhibit booth. If you are interested in exhibiting at the conference, please refer to the Conference Exhibit Brochure.
